What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and standards
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of High School diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
Valid driver’s license and residency within the specified territory or willingness to relocate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly
Proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
