What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success demonstrating strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
Experience in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
