Overview The Children's Case Manager (CCM) provides professional case management services to eligible clients, advocates for clients when securing services, and coordinates all services necessary to meet client needs. The CCM works with children and adolescents and collaborates effectively within an interdisciplinary team. This position may require flexible hours and travel within the designated area.

Position Requirements Minimum of one year of relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance is required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Intermediate level computer skills
Education Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year institution with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or a Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
