Job Description
The Home Health WOCN RN is a registered nurse with specialized training and certification in wound care, ostomy care, and continence management. This position provides expert nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex wound care needs.
At least 2 years of RN experience in relevant clinical settings
Experience in wound, ostomy, or continence care preferred
