**Job Summary:**
The Case Manager I provides targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitative services, supporting clients to meet their goals, utilizing evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
**Requirements:**
High School diploma or equivalent.
Case Manager certification, CPR, Valley de-escalation certification.
Driving position requires minimum age of 21 and a valid driver’s license.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
One year of social services or behavioral health experience.
