Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower patients to care for their physical and mental health.

Conduct hands‑on skills‑building sessions in various community, home, and school settings.

Provide support and guidance in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.

Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance patient well‑being.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Act as a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the individuals and families you serve.

Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload, including a variety of ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Educational requirements: at least one of the following:

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s Degree

60 undergraduate college credits

High school diploma/GED with four years related experience

Must pass extensive pre‑employment background checks.

Flu shot and TB test required; exemptions may apply.
