Responsibilities
The essential function of this position is the oversight and development of the Case Management services within Community Support Services and ensures outcome measures are met. This position provides direct service as back up to Team Leads in the event an urgent situation occurs. This position provides direct support to teams in the event a Team Lead is unavailable or needs additional support. Collaborate with other Program Managers and Team Leads to ensure services provided most effectively with minimal to no barriers.
Job Requirements
This position requires a master's degree in Social Service Work (equal designation as a Qualified Mental Health Professional), a minimum of 3 years of Case Management experience, preferably with persons with severe and persistent mental illness, and supervisory experience required. Good communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills a must. Advocacy, negotiation, and mediation skills a plus. This person must be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently, flexible, and able to motivate others. Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid Kansas Driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and be able to pass pre-employment background checks and SRS Child Abuse and SRS Adult Abuse Registry checks. This position requires knowledge of basic computer skills.

The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Salary Range
$75,062 - $86,752 - $92,968
