Case Manager | North Valley – Valley Behavioral Health
Program: North Valley | Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm | Full‑time Position
Pay: Uncertified $17.50 – Certified $18.75 (dependent on certification status)
Job Summary & Deliverables
Provide targeted case management services as described by Medicaid manual
Support clients in following individualized care plans and identifying case management goals
Complete documentation on services provided within Valley’s standards
Meet productivity expectations as assigned by supervisor
Observe and collect client urine samples as necessary
Transport clients to appointments as necessary
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: None (see Preferred Qualifications)
Licenses / Certifications: Case Manager certification; CPR certification; Valley de‑escalation certification; Driving positions require minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications: One year social services or behavioral health experience; Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or related field
