When you join as a Case Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives by supporting them in accessing their complex medication. You'll deliver compassionate, efficient service, adjusting your approach to meet their needs. The role may be eligible for a hybrid schedule after 6 months, depending on proficiency and company policy.
A typical day involves managing patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and assisting patients and stakeholders via email, calls, and our Lynk technology. This role requires high ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
The responsibilities include building trusted relationships, managing inquiries, providing personalized case management, coordinating shipments, and documenting activities in our system.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), customer service or healthcare experience (preferred but not required), the ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 11 pm, bilingual skills (a plus), and the ability to sit for extended periods. Some flexibility to travel is preferred. Location is in Jeffersonville, IN, with potential for a hybrid schedule after 6 months.
