Join Serenity Knolls Treatment Center as a Full‑Time Case Manager I and play a vital role in helping adults on the path to recovery. We are a 42‑bed co‑ed residential program located in the San Geronimo Valley, just ten minutes west of Fairfax, offering detox and intensive outpatient care with a 12‑step philosophy and evidence‑based practices such as CBT and psychodynamic therapy.
Essential Functions
Provide case management and care coordination services for clients residing in the facility.
Coordinate continuum‑of‑care activities, ensuring optimal use of resources and compliance with external agencies.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Assist with treatment and discharge planning as needed.
Develop, implement, and evaluate client care plans.
Collect and analyze clinical data for the treatment team.
Communicate medical criteria and clinical information between insurers and the treatment team.
Support business operations by correlating clinical data when required.
Address treatment‑team issues and activities in a timely manner.
Other Functions
Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Education / Experience / Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human‑services field.
One or more years of experience in a behavioral‑health setting (preferred).
Experience with the client population served by Serenity Knolls (preferred).
Experience in case management and/or utilization review (preferred).
Licenses / Designations / Certifications
Current registration or certification with a state‑recognized agency such as RADT or SUDRC.
CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
First‑aid certification (state or facility requirement).

Compensation
California hourly range: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
