Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth with an Intellectual Developmental Disability and mental health diagnosis.
Provide intensive therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including community living arrangements, schools, community settings, natural support residents, and other appropriate contexts.
Collaborate with other treatment team members to implement and transfer skills identified in the recovery treatment and support plan using a person-centered approach.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or another human service-related field required.
Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
Minimum one year of experience in a mental health setting preferred.
