Youth & Family Services (YFS) is hiring a Case Manager to make a difference in the lives of youth staying in our Emergency Youth Shelter. In this role, you’ll help ensure each young person’s safety, stability, and growth by providing individualized service planning, advocacy, and connections to vital resources.
You’ll coordinate education, healthcare, counseling, and family reunification services while maintaining a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping youth overcome challenges, build life skills, and transition to safe, stable placements.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred)
1–2 years’ experience in case management or youth services
Strong communication, organization, and crisis intervention skills
Ability to obtain Behavioral Health Case Management Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license
