Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with Thursday late shift 6 pm - 7:30 pm.

Responsibilities
Under close supervision, support participants in developing program plans, managing caseloads, and following policies as directed. Use evidence-based practices in all interactions and model the principles of the “What Works” system.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.

Knowledge of community corrections systems and practices.

Ability to write clear reports in English, perform basic math, and react appropriately in emergencies.

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Proficient with computers and relevant software.
