Basic Function
Provide case management services to clients assigned.
Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise client activity regarding adherence to conditions such as employment, SA services, urine monitoring, program participation, etc.
Ensure program policies and procedures are followed, taking appropriate action when violations are observed and reporting violations to the program manager.
Prepare court letters and routine and special reports regarding clients.
Assist with referrals for medical and other services as required.
Guide the client through the program and ensure all program requirements are met.
Supervise clients performing community service.
Maintain detailed and accurate records on all client activity.
Provide on‑call backup as scheduled.
Follow all NOI and program policies and procedures and report any incidents where procedures are not being followed to the program manager.
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: B.A. preferred, A.S. required. Similar combination of education and experience will be considered. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) a plus.
Experience: Minimum of two years as a Case Manager; experience working with offenders preferred.
