About Coleman Residential Our goal is to strengthen resident recovery and independence, as well as support the growth and well-being of our staff. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, multi-disciplined staff, and in various supportive housing environments throughout Stark County, Ohio.
Under the supervision of the Residential Director, you will support clients in developing independent living skills, connect clients with essential community resources, and coordinate client care to ensure all health-related needs are met. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.
This position pays up to $18/hour.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years of relevant experience
A clean driving record
Behavioral health experience preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills
