Who We Are Looking For
Are you the Case Manager we’ve been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for early childhood and supporting young families, by working with our youth! We are offering a $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid in full after 6 months of employment.
JRI’s Young Parent Support Program is a grant‑funded program that supports young parents up to the age of 23. The program is free and voluntary to all participants who meet the sole eligibility criteria of age of parent. The goal is to support young parents as they develop self‑sufficiency skills necessary for adult life while navigating the developmental needs of their infants and young children.
Salary and Bonus
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of employment.
What You’ll Do
The YPS Case Manager primarily operates under a home‑visiting model. Each Case Manager visits their assigned families weekly or bi‑weekly, managing a caseload of no more than 15 families. In addition to individual case‑management responsibilities, you will provide and facilitate group sessions for families, including:
Parenting skills sessions
Financial literacy workshops
New mothers’ gatherings
You will also conduct child development screens, assess family needs, identify safety risks, and develop goal plans with families. You will receive weekly supervision and participate in regular team meetings.

Requirements
Must be 21 years or older.
Associate Degree in a human services field with at least one year of experience working with the target population; or a high school diploma/GED with at least two years of experience working with the target population.
Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth with emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges preferred.
Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as necessary.
Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency required.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
Valid driver’s license required; outreach and transportation may be required.
