Case Manager – The Coffee Oasis Join The Coffee Oasis as a Full Time Youth Development Case Manager and make a meaningful impact on the lives of at‑risk youth in Bremerton. This onsite position allows you to work closely with young individuals facing challenges such as homelessness and crisis navigation, providing essential support and guidance.
About Us The Coffee Oasis is a Christian non‑profit organization that creates pathways of opportunity for youth to be restored in heart, soul, mind, and body. We offer safe shared spaces, mentorship, outreach, goal setting, job training, shelter, and crisis services.
Responsibilities Engage at‑risk youth and coordinate case management strategies to transition them out of homelessness and prevent future crises.
Provide individualized support plans and access to essential resources and services.
Collaborate with partners, conduct outreach, and empower youth toward self‑sufficiency.
Qualifications In full agreement with The Coffee Oasis core values, mission, and Jesus Statement.
Bachelor or Associate degree in a relevant field.
At least one year of experience working with adolescents.
Experience in trauma‑informed or restorative care (plus).
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
Proficiency with basic office software (Internet, spreadsheet, word processing).
Internet research skills.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with up to 4 % match, life insurance, HSA, employee discounts, 12 paid holidays, 12 vacation days, and 6 sick days.
