Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Case Manager role located in Austin, TX. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing personal injury cases, coordinating communication between clients and attorneys, collecting and organizing case‑related documents, and tracking important deadlines. Additional responsibilities include conducting client interviews, reviewing medical records, and assisting with settlement preparation. The Case Manager will also help ensure clients feel supported throughout their legal journey and maintain thorough case documentation.
Qualifications
Case management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and track deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
Documentation and administrative skills, such as maintaining case records, reviewing documents, and preparing case summaries.
Knowledge or familiarity with personal injury law and understanding of legal processes is beneficial.
Proficiency in using case management software or tools is a plus.
