Purpose
Exhibits leadership and management expertise in the case management role for the individuals supported by the Independent Living services Department, ensuring quality service delivery, while advancing the overall goals and objectives of Fraser Ltd.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Seeking highly organized, motivated, and self-starting individual with a Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field. Someone who is a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional with 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual and mental health disabilities.
Responsibilities include case management and auditing of finances.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Transitional Youth Services provides shelter, basic needs, life skills education and advocacy services for disenfranchised youth by supporting independent thought and empowering self-directed action for individuals ages 16-26. Adult Residential Disability Services promotes education, advocacy, and active treatment for people with intellectual disabilities by providing supportive services in a residential environment.
