Your Day as a Case Manager
As a Case Manager, each day will bring new and meaningful experiences. You'll dive into team meetings and Individual Service Plan discussions, collaborating with colleagues to ensure our clients get the best support possible. You'll play a crucial role in greeting new clients during the admissions process and helping them transition smoothly into our services. You'll also be involved in internal investigations, where your attention to detail and dedication to advocating for clients will shine.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
2+ years of case management experience in the Human Service field
Knowledge of the Department of Developmental Disabilities and Day Habilitation regulations, and CARF standards is preferred.
