Rate: $23 per hour

Responsibilities The Case Manager is responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager, and/or Program Director.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred). No exceptions.
At least 3 years of case management experience with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies.
Minimum age 21.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
Detail‑oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all necessary details.
Team player: works well as a member of a group.
Dedicated: devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
Schedule Sunday through Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm for four days, and one late night from 11 am to 8 pm.
