This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and offers a unique opportunity to take part in high-level strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Providing strategic consulting services to clients, identifying their needs and challenges, and developing tailored solutions.
Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring all clients receive high-quality service and support.
Coordinating and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of financial strategies and plans.
Utilizing your expertise in re-entry and social services to assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their financial goals.
Conducting thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry, and utilizing this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Providing training and guidance to other team members, contributing to their professional development.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in re-entry and social services, with a strong understanding of the challenges and solutions in these areas.
A bachelor's degree in a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
Excellent case management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret complex financial data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency in using various software and tools, with a strong understanding of the latest technology trends in the industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing circumstances.
