Responsibilities

Providing strategic consulting services to clients in the Accounting + Finance industry, identifying needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions.

Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring high-quality service and support.

Coordinating and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution of financial strategies and plans.

Utilizing expertise in re-entry and social services to assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving financial goals.

Conducting thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments, providing innovative solutions.

Providing training and guidance to other team members, contributing to professional development.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting + Finance industry.

Proven experience in re-entry and social services, with strong understanding of challenges and solutions.

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications considered advantage.

Excellent case management skills, handling multiple cases simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.

Strong financial acumen, interpreting complex data.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and team members.

High level of professionalism and integrity, commitment to high-quality service.

Strong problem-solving skills, thinking strategically, developing effective solutions.

Proficiency in using various financial software and tools, understanding latest technology trends.

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing circumstances.
