Job Details Description
Our employment program requires dedicated staff committed to supporting and training consumers with mental health and AODA challenges to successfully work in their community and achieve independent-living goals.
Responsibilities Work primarily with persons with mental health and/or substance use issues.
Conduct career profiles to gather information related to previous employment, skills, abilities, interests, and limitations.
Communicate with community employers to learn about and develop employment opportunities.
Analyze potential employment openings and match them with qualified individuals.
Work cooperatively with employment and behavioral health agencies in a team environment to plan employment outcomes.
Complete daily and monthly documentation/reports according to standards.
Ensure all communication maintains quality and continuity of individual employment plans.
Assist individuals with applications, resumes, interview skills, and other employment activities.
Support and train individuals to maintain community-based employment independently.
Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to build effective and professional relationships.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Acceptable Background Character Verification.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and similar software applications.

Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 based on experience, with bonus potential up to $650/month.
