You’ll lead and mentor your team, using your clinical expertise to guide decision-making and respond to nursing concerns with compassion and professionalism.**Key responsibilities include:*** Delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and quality of life.* Leading and supporting a team of care staff to enhance service delivery.* Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit standards.* Driving service sustainability through effective ACFI management, care planning, and community engagement.* Implementing quality improvement initiatives to foster positive change.**Role Requirements**You’re a qualified nursing professional with leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services.
