Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of a BSN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 2 years of relevant equivalent experience will be accepted. Required
Licenses & Certifications
Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required
Annual BLS certification. Required
Care Management certification. Preferred
