Job Description
Position: Care Coordinator / Registered Nurse
Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402
Duration: One month, with potential extension
Key Responsibilities
Support transportation requests and IEP information into various systems.
Load information into multiple software platforms efficiently.
Qualifications
Active RN license in Tennessee or in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience with at least 3 years of clinical practice.
At least 2 years of experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or Managed Care.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; ability to pass Windows navigation test.
Experience with FACETS and Care Advance preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and professional interaction skills.
Valid Driver’s License.
TB Skin Test (for field-based coordinators).
Certification as a Case Manager (CCM) preferred; to be obtained within one year of hire.
Milliman’s Certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 1 year.
Must be willing to work in role for at least 24 months before applying for internal transfers.
