Hybrid role: Front Desk / PT Technician

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (1 hr lunch)

Salary: ~$18/hr

Responsibilities
You’ll achieve success by:

Managing front‑desk operations: patient check‑in/out, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, and exceptional customer service.

Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and smooth patient access.

Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating EMR information, and preparing documentation.

Answering phone calls and assisting patients warmly while upholding HIPAA compliance.

Preparing patients for PT treatment, assisting with transfers, and ensuring equipment and treatment areas are ready and clean.

Keeping treatment areas well stocked and safe for patients.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.

Basic office and customer service skills.

Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
