Care Coordinator
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Jersey City clinic in NJ. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued, controlling the flow of appointments, and responding to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. They guide patients through our out‑of‑network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile, executing 5‑star customer service and fostering a community environment for patients and team members.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience

Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented

Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task

Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow

BA/BSc degree preferred, not required

Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations

Ability to use computer keyboard 90% of each workday

Hearing acuity to communicate over the telephone

Occasionally lift 10 pounds floor to waist
