Care Coordinator

Springfield, MA

Contract-to-hire

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | On-call rotation 2 weeks per month

Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner

Greet and assist office visitors

Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, and scanning

Schedule all private pay services for paraprofessional staff

Run weekly compliance reports

Review staff timesheets for payroll accuracy

Scan documents into the electronic medical record system

Print and fax monthly visit notes

Update and review authorizations daily

Enter admissions, discharges, and holds

Communicate effectively with field staff and colleagues

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a receptionist, office clerk, or care coordinator preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask
