What We Offer Pay: $20-$39 per hour
Base pay: $20-$24 per hour
Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses averaging out to roughly $12 per hour
Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses averaging out to roughly $4 per hour

A Day In The Life Morning Routine: Prepare the office for the day, attend the morning huddle, review the schedule and prepare for any special requests or concerns.
Patient Interactions: Greet patients, schedule and reschedule appointments for optimal patient flow.
Billing and Payments: Process payments, answer billing questions, and address concerns. Provide Administrative Support: filing, scanning, and data entry.
Patient Engagement: Seek patient feedback and encourage online reviews. Communicate treatment plans, procedures, and financing options clearly.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles and work with doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants.
End-of-Day Tasks: Review the next day’s schedule and prepare the office for the next day.
