Compensation: $23–$27/hr + Benefits
Shift: 7:45am–4:45pm, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities Coordinate therapy schedules and backfilling to ensure every child has consistent access to care.
Guide families through intake and onboarding with compassion, confidence, and professionalism.
Communicate clearly and kindly to reduce stress and build lasting trust.
Anticipate and resolve front-office challenges before they impact care or experience.
Strengthen systems that make life easier for both our families and therapists.
Contribute ideas, initiatives, and leadership energy to help our clinic continue to grow.
Qualifications Associate’s Degree or higher.
2+ years of experience in a healthcare front office or care coordination role (pediatrics a big plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with EHR platforms, Microsoft Office, and scheduling workflows.
Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
Working knowledge of HIPAA (or willingness to learn).
