What You\'ll Do: As our Care Coordinator, you\'ll be the vital link between our clients and caregivers, ensuring perfect matches and exceptional care experiences.
Responsibilities Client & Family Relations: Build meaningful relationships with clients and families, understanding their unique needs and matching them with ideal caregivers
Caregiver Support: Develop strong relationships with our caregiver team, matching them with assignments that fit their skills and improve retention
Ongoing Care Management: Conduct regular check-ins through calls, texts, emails, and in-person visits to ensure client satisfaction
New Client Onboarding: Create welcoming, thorough experiences for new clients joining our Griswold family
Digital Lead Management: Work our digital leads using our proven "8-touch" process
Administrative Excellence: Manage payroll, billing, scheduling systems, and maintain accurate client information
Recruitment Support: Assist with caregiver recruitment through events, job postings, and referral partnerships
On-Call Support: Participate in office on-call rotation to support clients and caregivers
Qualifications Experience & Education:
Associate degree in human services or related field preferred (not required)
Previous experience in home care, human services, or similar field required
Strong desire to help others and make a difference
Essential Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Pleasant phone manner with high emotional intelligence
Valid driver\'s license with reliable transportation that is not shared with anyone
Ability to lift 40 pounds and alternate between sitting and standing
Must pass criminal background check per Maryland regulations
