We are a well-established and growing domiciliary care company dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care to people in their own homes. We are looking for a Care Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our services.
The Role As our Care Manager, you will:
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our care delivery team
Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
Ensure compliance with CIW regulations, Social Care Wales and internal quality standards
Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and service excellence
