Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (Spanish/English) to support individuals with work-related injuries. The ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our Nurse Case Managers work collaboratively with physicians, claims adjusters, and employers to facilitate evaluations, screenings, and case management for insurance carriers, TPAs, public entities, and employers.
This position is Monday through Friday with flexible hours (not set hours) and may require occasional travel of up to 5 hours as needed. Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience, with monthly bonus eligibility. Transportation reliability is essential.
Responsibilities
Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work‑related injuries.
Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters to develop efficient and cost‑effective treatment strategies.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare partners.
Serve as a key liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.
Qualifications
Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher‑level nursing degree.
Active RN license in California.
Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Experience in Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Management strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 5 hours on occasion.
