About Pair Team
At Pair Team, we’re an innovative, mission‑driven company reimagining how Medicaid and Medicare serve the most underserved populations. As a tech‑enabled medical group, we deliver whole‑person care – clinical, behavioral, and social – by partnering with organizations deeply connected to the communities we serve. We empower clinicians and care teams to provide compassionate, high‑impact care, leveraging AI and automation to reduce administrative burden, streamline coordination, and ensure patients receive timely, personalized support.

Our Values

Lead with integrity: We keep our commitments, take responsibility for our actions, and choose authenticity over perfection.

Embrace challenges: We leave egos at the door, step forward into discomfort, and provide feedback with candor and kindness.

Break through walls: We go the extra mile for patients, partners, and each other, challenging the status quo to achieve consistent improvement.

Act beyond yourself: We build each other up, respect boundaries, and seek first to understand and assume positive intent.

Care comes first: We hold ourselves to the highest standards for our patients, relentlessly pursue our mission, and care for ourselves to better care for others.
