Flexible Roles in Joliet, IL & Surrounding Communities

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of students? Ro Health is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals and Behavioral Aides to join our team for flexible part-time and substitute positions in the Joliet area. Some of these roles even have the potential to become full-time.

We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide essential support in school settings, especially those with experience in behavioral support and a solid understanding of techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

You'll be working in one of two key roles, directly impacting students' academic and personal growth:
  • 1:1 Student Support: Work with an individual student to help them achieve their educational and behavioral goals. You'll be a consistent presence, helping them stay on task and engaged throughout the day.
  • General Classroom Support: Collaborate closely with a classroom teacher, assisting with the needs of the class and providing support to multiple students.

What We're Looking For
  • Required: An active Paraprofessional Endorsement from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
  • Education: A High School Diploma is a must; an Associate's degree or 48 college credits is preferred. Degrees in Psychology or related fields are highly valued.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a childcare, school, or ABA setting is a significant plus.
  • Attributes: You have a passion for student success, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.

Why Join Ro Health?

We believe in supporting those who support our students. When you join our team, you'll receive:
  • Competitive Pay: Earn between $20-$22 per hour, with reliable weekly pay based on your experience. We offer our most competitive rates to those with extensive experience.
  • Flexibility: Build a schedule that works for you by choosing your own part-time and substitute shifts.
  • Professional Development: Receive ongoing administrative and clinical support to help you grow your skills and career.
  • Dedicated Support: You'll have a single point of contact at Ro Health committed to your success.

Ready to Make a Difference?

This is more than a job—it's a chance to help shape the future of students in your community.
