About the Position Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health is recruiting for a Behavioral Health Case Manager – Admissions . This position provides professional case management and intake services to assist individuals seeking behavioral health treatment. The Case Manager will guide clients through the admissions process by conducting screenings, coordinating referrals, and ensuring timely access to appropriate services. This role emphasizes advocacy, customer service, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to support a smooth transition into care.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Level III – Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a minimum of 36 months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and possess a High School Diploma, GED, or HSE, and two (2) years of professional experience. Alternatives include:
60 college credit hours and 12 months of relevant experience plus two (2) years of professional experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field with six (6) months of relevant experience plus two (2) years of professional experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a behavioral health related field plus two (2) years of professional experience.
Current license as a registered nurse in Oklahoma with behavioral health experience and two (2) years of professional experience.
Level II – 36 months of direct, documented experience with mental illness/substance use disorder and a High School Diploma or GED/HSE; or 60 college credits with 12 months of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s/master’s degree with six months of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a behavioral health field; or RN license with behavioral health experience.
Level I – High School Diploma/GED/HSE and six (6) months of behavioral health experience.
Special Requirements Applicant must pass an OSBI background check.
Willingness to travel as required; valid driver’s license.
Certification as a Certified Behavioral Case Manager to be completed within 30 days of start date, contingent on training availability.

About us The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) is a psychiatric hospital accredited by The Joint Commission, dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. TCBH serves adults 18+ with mental health crises, with or without co-occurring substance use disorders, and who are medically stable.
In response to increasing need, TCBH is being replaced by a new facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center (OPCC), in downtown Tulsa. The OPCC will feature 106 inpatient beds, an expanded residency program, and enhanced behavioral health services; construction is in progress.
