Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic behavioral services by consulting with licensed clinicians to address individual client needs.
Develop individualized service plans, coordinate care across healthcare, behavioral health, and non‑healthcare services, and create treatment plans.
Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills, and crisis prevention services.
Deliver services to individual clients or groups of clients.
Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all external contacts.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
