Responsibilities: Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients in consultation with a licensed clinician to address individual needs.
Develop service plans for supports or coordinate care across healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare services, including treatment planning.
Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, daily life skills restoration, and crisis prevention services.
Deliver services to individual clients or groups.
Foster positive and cooperative relationships with all external contacts.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma with three or more years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Related experience or training in mental or behavioral health conditions.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
