Job Overview
Full-Time Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. $18 – $21 based on education and experience plus a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations. We offer unique and individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, the aging population, and those with developmental disabilities and extreme trauma. Our team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers and psychiatrists ensures the best outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic behavioral services to clients in collaboration with a licensed clinician.
Plan services for individualized supports or care coordination.
Link, intervene, and provide treatment options and crisis prevention services.
Serve individual clients or groups of clients.
Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or a bachelor’s or master’s level degree in a related field.
Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
