Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services will report to OneOncology’s Director of Clinical Pharmacy. An ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves, partner with physician executives, Chief Medical Officer of OneOncology and all of our practice members to implement and improve clinical pharmacy services. The Senior Manager will partner closely with pharmacy leadership, physician leaders, revenue cycle teams, and clinical operations to ensure therapeutic interchange strategies are implemented safely, efficiently, and in alignment with network clinical standards. This individual will play a critical leadership role in advancing the Shared Pharmacy Services model, ensuring practices are supported with education, operational guidance, and clinical expertise.

An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical oncology knowledge, operational leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across a national oncology network.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide direct leadership and oversight of pharmacy team supporting the Shared Pharmacy Services therapeutic interchange

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shared Pharmacy Services therapeutic interchange team including workload prioritization, training, and performance management

  • Develop and maintain standardized workflows and operational processes for therapeutic interchange implementation across the OneOncology network

  • Provide ongoing coaching, clinical oversight, and professional development for staff supporting shared pharmacy services

  • Ensure consistent application of clinical protocols and documentation standards across all participating practices

  • Lead the clinical implementation and operational execution of therapeutic interchange initiatives across OneOncology practices

  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and physician stakeholders to develop and operationalize therapeutic interchange protocols aligned with evidence-based oncology care

  • Monitor program performance and support optimization of therapeutic interchange processes to improve operational efficiency

  • Support expansion and operational oversight of the Shared Pharmacy Services therapeutic interchange program

  • Provide clinical and operational support to practices implementing shared services initiatives

  • Assist with development of education and training materials for practices adopting Shared Pharmacy Services

  • Assist in addressing practice-level clinical questions or concerns related to therapeutic interchange programs

  • Lead the project management for initiatives related to Shared Pharmacy Services therapeutic interchange programs

  • Assist with prioritization and execution of projects supporting operational standardization across practices

  • Track and report key program metrics including therapeutic interchange volume, regimen build volume and operational turnaround time

  • Produce regular operational and executive-level reports summarizing program performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization

  • Provide support for Shared Pharmacy Services standard of care regimen build

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of cancer medications, dosing, and proper admixture with ability to access resources as required

  • Knowledge of clinic procedures and operations

  • Strong people skills for pharmacy staff and practice interactions

  • Ability to use computers and software applications (MS Office products)

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on detail and follow-through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple oncology practices

Qualifications

  • Registered nurse with associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing

  • Minimum 2-year oncology experience required

  • Leadership or supervisory experience required

  • Experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR software

  • Current unrestricted nursing hours

  • Flexible hours to support projects assigned
