• Co-lead the redesign of provider incentives to reward meaningful physician engagement and improved outcomes

• Lead the operationalization of provider incentives to ensure accurate and timely measurement

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate and optimize clinical initiatives across new and existing markets, leveraging resources from Finance, Technology, Quality, BOI, Medical Leadership, and Clinical Programs

• Drive effective communication and engagement across stakeholders, clearly articulating program goals, performance results, and areas of opportunity

• Serve as a clinical strategy lead for value-based partnerships, helping shape program design and execution to support sub-capitated payment models and long-term collaboration

• Participate in strategic planning efforts and contribute to long-term visioning for enterprise-wide clinical innovation

• Foster best-practice sharing across markets through agilon Clinical Committees, working groups, and knowledge hubs

• Represent agilon’s clinical strategy in high-visibility conversations with internal and external leadership.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of clinical program development and operations in areas such as Renal Care, Oncology, and Palliative Care

• Experience with provider incentive model design and execution in risk-bearing organizations

• Track record of successfully implementing cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed environments

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into action and communicate performance to diverse stakeholders

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence across disciplines

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a clinical field (e.g., MPH, MBA, MHA, RN, MD) strongly preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Strong operational and process management skills

• Previous clinical and/or operational leadership role in value-based programs.

• Experience developing programs for high risk/high complexity patient population strongly preferred
