Job Description

Job Title: Software Quality Specialist 

Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office  

*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.    

Starting Salary: $22.11 – $24.32 (wage commensurate with experience)   

As a Software Quality Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of a software development team, working closely with developers and product staff. In this role, you’ll design and execute regression testing, validate product changes, and help ensure releases meet project definitions and customer needs. What you’ll do:

  • Perform software regression testing to ensure high‑quality product releases
  • Update and maintain regression test suites
  • Learn and use product functionality to accurately test changes
  • Quickly navigate software to validate updates and identify risks
  • Use the Resource Management System (RMS) for tracking, monitoring, and reporting
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization

What you’ll need:

  • The ideal candidate is dependable and possesses strong organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, and provides excellent follow-through.  
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment. 
  • Accuracy in work habits and data entry. 
  • Strong attention to details, including following written procedures. 
  • Has a two or four-year degree or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
