Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a floating resource across multiple departments, including Research Operations, Site Operations, and Data Management.
  • Support key functions like quality control, user access testing, training tracking, and regulatory documentation.
  • Prepare materials such as Master Plans, meeting minutes, source documentation, and distribute study-related content.
  • Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors to resolve data queries and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Manage study data flow including receipt, review, and feedback for endpoint testing.
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
  • Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, company SOPs, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide study coordination support as needed across various clinical trials.
  • High school diploma or GED required; nursing or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with FDA and ICH regulations, and basic knowledge of the clinical trial process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift focus efficiently, and work collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Willingness to take direction and contribute to team success.
  • Hourly compensation between $19.29 and $23.00.
