A well-established, multi-specialty ENT organization in Southern California is launching an innovative fully remote Audiologist (AuD) position and has partnered with our firm to identify the right provider.
This respected medical group has served the San Diego community since 2009 and offers comprehensive services across audiology, allergy, sinus, sleep apnea, pediatrics, swallowing, and balance disorders. Known for strong team collaboration and patient-first values, leadership also encourages autonomy and creative thinking — giving providers the opportunity to truly “run their own show” within a supportive structure.
About the Opportunity:
This is a brand-new position created in response to the growing provider shortage in California. The organization is building a telehealth model to expand patient access to care and will partner with a third-party technology provider to supply all necessary remote equipment.
This role will focus primarily on:
Conducting virtual audiograms
Diagnostic testing and interpretation
Remote troubleshooting and patient support
Potential future incorporation of cochlear implant (CI) services
Documentation and collaboration with on-site clinical teams
This is designed to be a diagnostic and clinical support-focused role, rather than a sales-driven position. Despite the lack of traditional device sales responsibilities, compensation will be structured similarly to on-site providers — making this an especially attractive opportunity for an audiologist who prefers a clinical emphasis without revenue pressure.
What Makes This Unique
100% remote position
Ground-floor opportunity to help shape a new telehealth model
High level of autonomy
Mission-driven organization focused first on patient care and community impact
Equal pay structure to on-site providers
Leadership is highly collaborative and values strong rapport-building skills. While patient care is the top priority, the organization is growth-minded and eager to expand services responsibly and sustainably.
Requirements
Doctor of Audiology (AuD)
Active California Audiology license
Wired high-speed internet connection (required for telehealth platform reliability)
Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary ENT team
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary
Bonus potential
Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits included
This is an exciting opportunity for a California-licensed Audiologist seeking flexibility, clinical focus, and the chance to help build something new within a respected ENT organization.
