Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Educators to achieve excellence in field execution and patient/HCP education delivery.
  • Coach, train, and assess individual and team performance, identifying development opportunities aligned with client and business goals.
  • Develop strategic regional plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently across the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership, client brand teams, and Momentum account teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, program effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate for the value of clinical education programs to clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Active license or credentials as RN, NP, PA, or PharmD.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare/pharmaceutical field management experience and at least 7 years of neurology or rare disease expertise.
  • Proven experience managing nurse educators and delivering clinical programs in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, align teams with strategic objectives, and maintain compliance.
  • Eligible to participate in federal healthcare programs; valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
