As a Quality CSN – Network Strategy & Solution Lead, you play a vital leadership role in shaping and delivering client‑specific network (CSN) strategies that create measurable value. You will guide complex initiatives, connect cross‑functional partners, and turn strategic opportunities into real outcomes for clients and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of CSN initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are aligned to strategic goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in claims processing and quality standards, providing guidance and integrating expertise into CSN design and audits.
  • Drive end‑to‑end CSN implementation, including stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, and post‑implementation evaluation.
  • Build strong partnerships across sales, service, implementation, CSN, operations, IT, legal, compliance, and external partners such as auditors, vendors, and clients.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, resolve obstacles, and promote solution‑oriented discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements, innovation, and scalable improvements in CSN quality design.
  • Ensure documentation, network specifications, and process flows are complete, accurate, and fully compliant.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations, reports, and root‑cause analyses to senior leadership, clients, and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, network strategy, healthcare operations, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in claims management, claims processing, quality standards, and healthcare network operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects in complex or matrixed environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience designing or implementing client‑specific network (CSN) solutions.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,000 - 185,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
