Once fully trained, individuals in this role are expected to work approximately 25 plans per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed quality testing of benefit plans across multiple internal systems
  • Validate that each plan is built accurately to client specifications
  • Identify issues such as incorrect deductibles, out‑of‑pocket setup, and pricing discrepancies
  • Document findings and collaborate with AIS partners to correct errors
  • Achieve performance targets based on weekly plan volumes
  • Participate in structured training and practice inbox work prior to full production

Position Details

  • Pay: $24.00/hr
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Assignment Type: Contract (6 months), with potential extensions based on business needs
  • Work Environment: Fully remote; must have a quiet home workspace
  • Core Hours: Must work a schedule that covers 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Two‑ or four‑year degree (required)
    • Preferred majors: Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Administration, History, or degrees involving research
  • Minimum 1 year of Excel experience
    • (No pivot tables or V‑lookups required; must pass Excel assessment)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work in a production‑based environment

Additional Information
