Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner is a licensed advanced practice clinician responsible for delivering virtual care to patients enrolled in Welby Health’s chronic care management and remote physiological monitoring programs. In this position, you will leverage Welby Health’s platform to conduct structured telehealth visits, review patient data within established clinical protocols, and provide evidence-based interventions that support long-term health outcomes.
As a Nurse Practitioner at Welby Health, you will collaborate closely with physicians and cross-functional teams to ensure quality care delivery and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, you will represent Welby Health’s innovative healthcare model to patients and their families, helping them understand how our solutions support long-term health management while empowering them to take an active role in their care.

This independent contractor role offers flexible, volume-aligned compensation structures that may include per-visit rates, hourly rates for scheduled clinical coverage, or hybrid models as patient volume scales. Compensation is commensurate with visit complexity, clinical coverage requirements, and performance.
